It's 5 volts at 3.4 amps. Of the other two, the top one is 4.8 amps, and the second one is 4.8 amps, or if using both ports, 2.4 amps per port. I updated my SDS200 with no issues on the first attempt. When I attempted the update on my SDS100, it said my firmware was already up-to-date. I knew this was not correct, and went back and double-checked the process below .
