All the duckies suck, at least in terms of SWR on the GMRS freqs I use the most.For 98% of commercial users and 90% of amateur, you will never notice the difference between a 1/4 (0 dBd) antenna and a 5/8 (+ 3 dBd) antenna on VHF.
